How does the Catch the Ace raffle work?

Participants purchase tickets for a weekly draw. Each ticket gives you a chance to win the weekly prize (20% of ticket sales) and a chance to find the Ace of Spades in a hidden deck to win the progressive jackpot.

Where do the proceeds from ticket sales go?

Net proceeds from all ticket sales directly support the SickKids Foundation, funding world-class research, learning, and care for children at The Hospital for Sick Children.

When are the weekly winners announced?

The weekly draw takes place every Thursday evening. Winners are notified via email and the results are posted on our official website shortly after the draw is completed.

Are ticket purchases tax-deductible?

In accordance with Canada Revenue Agency regulations, raffle tickets are not considered a gift and therefore are not eligible for a charitable tax receipt.

Can I request a refund for my tickets?

All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket has been purchased and entered into the draw, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway.
